Balancing the Heart Video


This Qi Gong exercise is called “Balancing the Heart.” It helps us root ourselves in the Earth and recharge our battery with energy;
at the same time, it nourishes the heart with fresh qi, and has calming effect, balancing the mind, the heart, and the physical body.
