Drawing from over 20 years of dedicated practice in martial arts, movement, and healing arts including a Black Belt in Kung Fu, this work is grounded in both traditional wisdom and practical application, using both ancient and modern healing methods and techniques.

This integrative approach allows us to move beyond surface-level solutions, addressing both symptoms and root causes.

Qi Gong
Energy Cultivation & Self-Healing

An ancient system of movement, breath, and focused awareness designed to cultivate and regulate your vital energy (Qi).Through slow, intentional movements and mindful breathing, Qi Gong helps restore the natural flow of energy in the body,  supporting both physical health and emotional balance.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT / Tapping)

A powerful technique that combines modern psychology with ancient acupressure principles. By gently tapping on specific points along the body’s energy pathways, EFT helps release emotional blockages and reduce stress responses.

​It’s a simple, effective tool that can
create noticeable shifts in a short amount of time while also empowering you with something you can use on your own.

Therapeutic Bodywork (Tui Na) ​​

A form of traditional bodywork that uses hands-on techniques to release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance in the body, mind and spirit.
Unlike relaxation massage, Tui Na is a therapeutic practice rooted in Chinese medicine to address both physical discomfort and underlying imbalances.
​By applying pressure to specific
points and using techniques such as rolling, compression and traction, this work supports the body’s natural ability to heal.

Tai Chi
Internal Martial Art & Whole-Health System

A meditative movement practice rooted in traditional Chinese martial arts, based on the balance of Yin and Yang.
Tai Chi combines fluid movement with deep awareness, helping you develop strength, coordination, and internal stability while cultivating calm and focus.


​Rather than using force, Tai Chi teaches you to move with flow and adaptability, both physically and mentally.

Kung fu

A traditional system of movement and disciplined practice designed to build strength, coordination, and embodied awareness. Kung Fu develops both physical capability and mental resilience, supporting balance, stability and self-confidence.

Beyond its physical form, it is a practice of patience, consistency, and inner development. When practiced regularly, it helps cultivate strength, focus, and a deeper sense of control within the body and mind.
